Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flatline RP's website, dashboard, mobile applications, game servers, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Flatline RP, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account details up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, community rules, or applicable law.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other players or staff
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized mods, or attempt to gain unfair advantages
• Impersonate other users, staff, or real people in bad faith
• Share, sell, or transfer accounts without authorization
• Upload malware, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights
• Circumvent security, authentication, or access controls

Roleplay communities depend on trust. We expect in-character and out-of-character behavior that respects other players and staff decisions.

Flatline RP is a character-driven roleplay environment. Additional community standards, server rules, and character guidelines may apply and can be updated separately. Serious or repeated violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent bans, or character removal.

You retain ownership of content you create, such as character backgrounds and in-game actions, subject to the license below. You represent that your content does not infringe others' rights and complies with these Terms.

You grant Flatline RP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and process your content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as Google Sign-In, email delivery, and cloud hosting. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Flatline RP, its branding, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

Grand Theft Auto and related marks are property of their respective owners. Flatline RP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or preservation of in-game progress in all circumstances.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLATLINE RP AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) AUD $100, IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flatline RP and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account through account settings where available. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued access would create risk to the community or the Service.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Australia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
